Returns & Replacements

Due to the hygienic and personal nature of perfume products, we only accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:

Eligible Reasons:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or leaking product
  • You received the wrong item

Not Eligible:

  • Personal preference or fragrance dissatisfaction
  • Change of mind

Return Conditions

  • Request must be submitted on the same day of delivery
  • Item must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging
  • Photo or video proof of the issue is required
  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer

Replacement Timeline

Once approved, replacement orders will be dispatched and delivered within 7–10 business days from receipt of the returned item or confirmation of the issue.


Refund Policy

Inspection & approval notification Within 2–4 business days of receiving return
Refund credited to original payment method Within 3–5 business days of approval

Note: Refunds are only issued when the return or cancellation meets the eligibility criteria above.


Non-Refundable Situations

  • Cancellations requested after 1 hour of order placement
  • Return requests submitted after the delivery date
  • Items returned opened, used, or without original packaging
  • Returns due to personal preference or fragrance mismatch

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. Once an order has been packed or shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted.

To request a cancellation, email info@vincentperfume.com with your order number as soon as possible.


Warranty

Perfume products do not carry manufacturer warranties. For concerns related to product authenticity or defects, please contact us within the return window stated above.


Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for the following reasons:

Exchange requests must be submitted on the same day of delivery by emailing info@vincentperfume.com with your order number and photo/video proof of the issue.

Once approved, the exchange item will be dispatched within 7–10 business days. Return shipping charges for the original item are the responsibility of the buyer.
