Cancellation Policy
At Vincent Perfumes, we take pride in offering high-quality perfumes and fragrance products. Our policies are designed to protect both customer satisfaction and product integrity.
Cancellations are accepted only if requested within 1 hour of placing the order. Cancellation requests cannot be processed once the order has been packed or shipped. To request a cancellation, please email our Customer Support Team at vincentperfume7@gmail.com with your order number.
Return & Replacement Policy
In case of an exchange or return, customers are required to pay shipping charges for both returning the product and receiving the replacement item. Due to the hygienic and personal nature of perfumes, we do not accept returns for reasons such as personal preference or fragrance mismatch. However, we do accept returns or replacements under specific conditions.
Eligible Return Reasons: You received a damaged, defective, or leaking product, or the product received is not what you ordered.
Return Window: All return or replacement requests must be submitted on the same day of delivery. Requests submitted after this window will not be accepted.
Return Conditions: The item must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging. Proof of damage (photos or videos) may be required for processing the return or replacement.
Replacement Delivery Timeline: Once approved, replacement products will be dispatched and delivered within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item or confirmation of the issue. Delivery time may vary based on location.
Refund Policy
If your return or cancellation request is approved, the refund process will be as follows:
Refund Approval Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned product (or verify the cancellation request), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2–4 business days.
Refund Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 3–5 business days from the date of approval.
Notification: You will be notified via email once the refund has been processed.
Warranty
Perfume products do not carry manufacturer warranties. For issues related to product authenticity or defects, please reach out to our customer service within the stipulated return window.
