Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day. A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping

Total delivery time includes 1–2 business days processing + 3–5 business days shipping. Delivery times are estimates from the date of order and may vary based on your location.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations at no shipping cost to you.

Important: International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price. Vincent Perfume has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment in real time through the carrier's website.

Shipping Restrictions

Some products may not be eligible for international shipping due to regional regulations. Any restrictions will be displayed at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@vincentperfume.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
